Breathing exercises

            
          So you should first ensure that your main command part of the body, the brain, has a sufficient supply of oxygen. The breathing exercises will help you greatly. But first you should compare the frequency of the pulse with the frequency of breathing. It is considered that normally a single respiratory act (inhalation - expiration) corresponds to the four or five pulse beats. Breathing exercises are simple: take a deep breath to three-pulse attacks, at a height of inhalation, take a pause to two pulse beats, then breathe to four beats and in the end of expiration again you need to pause to two pulse strikes.
These breathing exercises can be performed while lying on his back on his side, without getting up out of bed. Breathing is produced through the nose, exhaling – through the mouth, and your lips are set in a tubule.  

          Performing breathing exercises, try to focus on the point located midway between the navel and low joints. Here, according to oriental doctors, is the center that regulates energy, and thus the respiratory system.

          Repeat the breathing exercises 40 - 60 times - it only takes three - five minutes. A little more time you need to spend on a point self-massage. In order to do it, you have to sit down quietly and apply acupressure.
